A Tasmanian single malt from Lark Distillery, distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2021 at 60% ABV for Berry Bros. & Rudd's Summer 2021 release. Lark was founded in 1992 by Bill Lark. This bottling is a vatting of three 100-litre casks, married specially for Berry Bros. & Rudd. The nose brings bright citrus, peach and apricot, with hints of leather and tobacco. On the palate, vanilla and spice sit alongside lychee, strawberry jam and jackfruit. The finish is long, with mature, musty fruit.
