Rebellion is a Lark single malt from the distillery's Signature Collection, bottled at 44%. It is matured in Chinotto seasoned casks, which give a candied citrus character with a bittersweet edge.
Master Blender Chris Thomson signed this release as his mark on the new world of whisky.
Zesty orange, custard and lemon meringue mark the nose. Candied citrus peels, cola and buttery malt lead the palate towards soft orange custard and a dusting of cinnamon. The finish is lemon meringue pie with flashes of zest and spice.
