A single cask whisky from Lark Distillery in Tasmania, distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2021 by Berry Bros & Rudd at five years old. It comes from barrel 1244, which filled 373 bottles at a cask strength of 60.2%. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose is intensely fruity, with ripe plum, dark berries and a light vanilla note from the cask. The palate is strong and spicy, with oak, caramel, a touch of pepper and tropical fruit. The finish is long and warm, with gentle sweetness and subtle wood.
