Lark Distillery Christmas Cask 2025 is a Tasmanian whisky, bottled at 43% in a 50cl bottle. It was aged in first-fill Port and Sherry casks, then finished in Frogmore Creek red wine barrels that had been seasoned with a fruit mince pie jus from Jean Pascal Bakery.
The release is a shared project between the distillery, the winery and the bakery, made with the Christmas season in mind.
