Christmas Cask 2025 is a festive Tasmanian release from Lark Distillery, bottled at 43% in a 50cl bottle. The whisky was aged in first-fill Port and Sherry casks, then finished in red wine barrels from Frogmore Creek that had been seasoned with a fruit mince pie jus from Jean Pascal Bakery.
It is a collaboration between the distillery, the winery and the bakery, and is presented as a Christmas whisky made to be shared.
