This is a Tasmanian single malt from Lark Distillery, bottled at 46.5% in a 100ml size. It is the distillery's peated malt, finished in tawny port casks.
The casks date from 1992 and were found in the Seppeltsfield archives by Lark's Head Distiller. Sixteen of them were sent to Tasmania for the finishing. Seppeltsfield was established in the Barossa in 1851 and is known for fortified wines. The release marks Lark's 30th anniversary and is a collaboration with Seppeltsfield.
