Dragon is a Tasmanian single malt from Lark, released for the Year of the Wood Dragon. It is a limited release, bottled at 46.8% in a 50cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in first-fill port and sherry casks, which give it a rich, viscous body.
On the nose there is toffee apple and custard, with fresh citrus and floral oak. The palate brings dried figs, stewed fruit, malt, plum pudding and red berries. The finish is warming, with creamy caramel and tawny oak.
