Fire Trail No.151 is a Tasmanian single malt from Lark Distillery's Signature collection, in a 70cl bottle at 41% ABV.
The whisky was aged in Port and Sherry casks, then finished in ex-bourbon and American oak wine casks.
The nose offers baked pears with golden caramel, bright citrus and a hint of cedarwood. On the palate, chocolate ganache and stewed mulberries layer with vanilla custard and apricot compote. The finish brings dark cocoa-covered hazelnuts and coconut cream, with sultanas and bush honey.
