Lark Kurio Crimson Jam is a blended malt whisky in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It combines Tasmanian single malts that were finished in Tasmanian cherry casks and casks seasoned with sparkling wine.
The blend is described as balancing jammy sweetness with smooth apple-wood smoke.
On the palate there is honeyed apricot, a hint of nutmeg and black forest cake. The finish brings cherry jam, custard and mocha.
