Lark Rare Cask Mizunara is an Australian single malt, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. This is the third release in the series, shaped by maturation in Mizunara oak.
The nose combines coconut and sandalwood with maple-baked pears and heather honey. The palate shows peaches and cream, soft botanic oak and crystallised ginger, with caramelised banana in balance.
The finish carries orange zest, chocolate-coated coffee bean and pastry cream, with a little white pepper.
