Lark Tasmanian Peated Single Malt Whisky (50cl, 46%)

Lark Tasmanian Peated is a lightly peated single malt from Tasmania, bottled at 46%. It uses peat from Lark's own bog and a post-malting smoking process, which gives a lightly peated whisky with a bold palate. It belongs to the Lark Signature Collection and is signed by Master Blender Chris Thomson. The nose is earthy peat with a delicate floral note and sea spray. On the palate, floral peat develops among dark chocolate and oyster shell, with hints of coffee and marmalade. The finish brings ginger snap biscuit, sea spray and subtle ash.
