Lark Tasmanian Peated Single Malt is an Australian single malt made from locally malted barley and Tasmanian water. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 500ml bottle.
Smoke is the point of this one, taking its inspiration from Islay and applying it to a Tasmanian spirit.
On the nose it is typically described as campfire smoke, charred citrus peel and sweet malted barley. The palate brings earthy peat, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and vanilla oak, and the finish is long and warming, with smouldering smoke and soft spice.
