This is an Australian single malt from Launceston Distillery, bottled at 46% in a 50cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in American oak Bourbon casks, then finished in freshly emptied Caribbean rum casks.
The nose is sweet and light, with a hint of candy, pineapple and rum. On the palate it is bright, warming, sweet and spicy, with rum leading and brown sugar, pear and citrus peel behind it. The finish is spicy and lingering.
