Lecarré VS French Brandy

Lecarré VS is a French brandy from a family-run distiller now in its seventh generation, with expertise in distilling and ageing that goes back to 1830. It is made from grapes, using acidic white varieties chosen for delicate base wines. Distillation uses two kinds of still: traditional double-distillation copper alembic, which brings smoothness and fruitiness, and a Coffey-type column still, which adds spiciness and complexity. The fresh distillates then rest in French oak barrels in humid cellars, where they mature slowly before the cellar master blends them.
