Legent Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl)

Legent is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle, made as a collaboration between Fred Noe and Shinji Fukuyo. It starts from a bourbon recipe from Fred Noe's family, aged for at least four years in newly charred white oak barrels. Part of the bourbon is then aged in sherry and red wine casks. The sherry casks add layers of spice and fruity undertones, while the red wine casks bring a light tartness and lift the dried fruit flavours. Shinji Fukuyo blends these finished bourbons with Kentucky straight bourbon. On the palate it begins rich, warm and oaky, leading to a bright, smooth and unexpectedly long finish.
