Legent is a Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 47% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is partly finished in wine and sherry casks.
The whiskey is a collaboration between Fred Noe and Shinji Fukuyo, bringing together two styles of whiskey making.
The palate starts as a bourbon would, rich, warm and oaky. Then, in the manner of a Japanese whisky, it develops complex layers and a bright, smooth finish that runs unexpectedly long.
