Liberties Copper Alley is a 10-year-old single malt in a 70cl bottle. It is finished in 30-year-old sherry casks made of European oak, which give it a deep amber colour and deep notes of baked plums and ripe red grapes. The name comes from Copper Alley, beside Christ Church Cathedral in Dublin.
The nose is sweet, with delicate honey and powdered sugar, floral apple blossom and red fruits. The palate is rounded, with oak and golden syrup. The finish is long and lingering, with rich dark chocolate.
