Lindores Abbey 1494 is a Lowland single malt from the Lindores Abbey Distillery, created to mark the return of whisky to the place where it was first documented. It is made only with barley grown in the Kingdom of Fife.
The spirit matured in three kinds of cask: bourbon, sherry and wine barriques. It is bottled at 46% ABV, in a 70cl bottle, without added colour and without chill filtration.
