This is a single cask Lindores Abbey, a Lowland single malt distilled in 2019 and released in 2026 at 6 years old. North Star Spirits bottled it for their Obscurities and Curiosities range, as part of the company's 10th anniversary celebrations.
It matured in a Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead that had previously held peated whisky, an unusual combination of influences. It was bottled at 60% ABV, without colouring or chill filtration, in a 70cl bottle.
