A 6 year old Lowland single malt from Lindores Abbey, distilled in July 2019 and bottled by North Star Spirits for their Obscurities & Curiosities series.
The light, fruity new-make matured in a single Pedro Ximénez hogshead that had previously held peated spirit. That earlier fill gives the malt a smoky edge alongside its elegant, lowland character.
It is bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
