Friar John Cor Congregation Chapter 2 is a Lowland single malt from Lindores Abbey, the second bottling in this series and a limited release.
It is named after the monk John Cor, who appears in the earliest known written mention of Scotch whisky, dated 1494. The whisky matured in a combination of bourbon casks, STR wine barriques and peated rum casks.
It is bottled at cask strength, 60.9% ABV, without added colour and without chill filtration.
