Nectere is a single malt from Lindores Abbey Distillery, matured entirely in sherry casks. The name comes from the Latin conectere, meaning to link or to connect, and refers to the joining of centuries of whisky-making knowledge in one glass. The casks used were Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, Amontillado and Palo Cortado sherry. Together they bring layers of rich dark fruit, warming spice and roasted nuts.
