Little Book Chapter 2 Noe Simple Task Blended Straight Bourbon (75cl)

Little Book Chapter 2: Noe Simple Task is the second annual release from Freddie Noe, son of Jim Beam Master Distiller Fred Noe and grandson of Booker Noe. It is bottled at barrel strength in a 75cl bottle. The whiskey blends four straight whiskeys: a malt, a rye, a corn and a bourbon. The name is a pun on the family name. Each component adds its own character to the blend, from the malt's fruit to the rye's spice, the corn's sweetness and the bourbon's caramel and vanilla. The nose shows fruit, spice, caramel and grain. The palate is full and layered, and the finish is long and evolving.
