Littlemill 1991 is a Lowland single malt Scotch whisky from the closed Littlemill distillery, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in its Rare Old series. It was distilled in 1991 and matured in a combination of refill bourbon and sherry casks before bottling in 2015. The spirit is described as light and fruity, and the casks add vanilla sweetness, gentle spice and delicate dried fruit without dominating the distillery's Lowland style.
