Lochlea – Our Barley

Lochlea Our Barley is the core single malt from the Lochlea distillery, put together under Master Blender John Campbell. It is matured in a combination of bourbon, sherry and STR casks and shows the distillery's Lowland character. The nose brings pear syrup, fruit bonbons, warm cut grass and marmalade. On the palate come golden syrup, pepper, rye bread, macadamia nuts and cream soda. The finish is long, with a lasting note of orange beeswax.
