Our Barley is a Lowland single malt from Lochlea, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky is a composition of three cask types: first fill bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry butts and STR barriques. STR casks are wine barrels that have been scraped or shaved, toasted and recharred. The combination came from a cask recipe refined by John Campbell and a blind tasting with the distillery team.
