This is the second Ploughing Edition from Lochlea, a Lowland single malt in the distillery's Seasonal Releases series, bottled at 46% ABV. Unlike the previous year's release, it matured only in ex-Islay barrels, each holding 200 litres. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The profile is described as fresh fruit and typical cereal notes, with sea salt, hay and gentle peat.
