Lochlea – Ploughing Edition Second Crop

Lochlea Ploughing Edition Second Crop is a Lowland single malt and the last release in the Second Crop series. It belongs to Lochlea's seasonal small batches, which show the distillery's style in four different ways each year. Unlike the Ploughing Edition First Crop, it was matured only in 200 litre casks, and entirely in warehouses at the distillery. The casks previously held smoky Islay whisky, which gives the Ploughing Edition a delicate peat smoke. It is the only Lochlea whisky with that character.
