Lochlea Smoke Without Fire is a single malt Scotch whisky from Lochlea Distillery, bottled at 46% ABV. It is a lightly smoky malt, with the smoke kept in balance by fruit and wood.
On the nose there is mild peat, toasted wood, apples and ripe pears, with vanilla and a little spice. The palate opens soft and round, with delicate smoke, caramel, ripe fruit and honey on a silky texture. The finish is medium to long, with fruit, wood and a touch of smoke.
