Lochlea Sowing Second Crop is a single malt from Lochlea Distillery in the Lowlands, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from first-fill bourbon casks and is non-chill-filtered, with no added colour.
Casks stored higher in the warehouse were chosen for this edition, and the maturation is noticeably further along than in the 2022 edition.
The tasting notes mention sweet red apples and pears, vanilla and almond oil.
