A Texas wheat whiskey from Lone Elm, finished in Cognac barrels and aged for at least four years. It is bottled at 56.5% in a 70cl bottle, from a mash bill of 90% wheat and 10% barley. The nose is of grapes and cedar wood. On the palate come aromatic grapes, very soft oak and dark fruit. The finish is exceptionally long.
