Lone Elm Single Barrel Wheat is a Texas wheat whiskey from a single barrel, aged for a minimum of four years and bottled at 66.35% ABV, or 129.8 proof. Its mash bill is 90% wheat and 10% barley. The nose offers cherries, tobacco and firm oak with a hint of vanilla. On the palate are dark cherries, blackcurrants, blackberries, cocoa, saddle leather and light caramel. The finish is extremely long, soft and warming, with dark cherries and notes of honey.
