A Texas straight wheat whiskey from Lone Elm, bottled at 54% in a 70cl bottle. It is aged for a minimum of four years, and the mash bill is 90% wheat and 10% barley. The whiskey is finished in honey from Kaufman County. The nose shows cherries, honey and vanilla. On the palate there are dried black cherries, dates, sweet dark chocolate and caramel, with a very pronounced wild honey note. The finish is soft and rounded, with wild honey running through it.
