A Longmorn single malt from Speyside, bottled by The Whisky Chamber at 10 years old and 54.7% in a 50cl bottle. It was distilled in 2012 and matured in a single Oloroso cask, then bottled in 2022 as a limited release of 312 bottles.
It is known for dessert-style caramel and fudge character. The nose has a restrained Oloroso sherry note with plenty of caramel and roasted aromas. The palate is full-bodied, with cream toffee, coffee caramel and creamy fudge, and the caramel stays on the finish for a long time.
