This Longmorn is a 13-year-old single cask Speyside single malt, distilled in November 2010 and bottled in March 2024 by Hart Brothers at a cask strength of 55.2%. It is non-chill-filtered, has no added colour and comes in a 70cl bottle. Hart Brothers was founded in 1964 by Iain and Donald Hart as a wine and spirits merchant and Scotch whisky blender. The Longmorn distillery, near Elgin, dates from 1894/95. The nose combines sweet vanilla and pineapple with a fine almond note. On the palate, creamy caramel, tropical fruit and bittersweet oak lead, with a little orange peel. The finish is long and sweet, ending on a distinct almond note.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
