This is an official 16 year old Longmorn single malt, bottled in May 2008 at 48% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered.
The nose is typically described as fruit-led rather than oaky: overripe apples, ripe cherries and strawberries, with bubblegum and marshmallows. Vanilla is present but restrained, alongside cedar wood and wax polish.
The palate is creamy and oily, with fruit, jams, sweet spices, fruit liqueurs and honey. The finish is long, thick and jammy, with apricot jam.
