It has spent more than five decades maturing, and the character reflects sherry cask influence alongside old oak.
The nose offers dark cherries, dried fruit and ripe orange with vanilla, cinnamon and polished oak. The palate is full-bodied, with red fruit, caramel, chocolate, tobacco and spicy sherried wood. The finish is very long and dry, with dark fruit, spice and old oak.
