This is a Longmorn single malt bottled by Signatory Vintage in its Cask Strength Collection, offered as a small sample. It was distilled on 10 April 1992 and bottled on 28 January 2019 at 26 years old, at 50.5% ABV.
The whisky was matured in a sherry hogshead, cask 48495, which gave 210 bottles.
The nose is complex, with sherried fruit, butter, honey and sweetness. The palate is velvety, with dark sherry fruit, sweet honey and toffee, and the finish is soft, long and very pleasant.
