This Longmorn 14 Year Old was distilled in 2011 at the Speyside distillery near Elgin and finished in an Oloroso sherry cask. Berry Bros. & Rudd selected it for the Odyssey Range: The Auld & The Bold, a series of single cask whiskies. It is bottled at 49.9% ABV, with 125 bottles produced.
The nose offers polished antique wood, figs, Medjool dates and hints of old Armagnac, lifted by a touch of orange oil.
The palate brings dark fruit compote, cocoa powder and well-seasoned oak.
