A 15 year old Longrow from Campbeltown, distilled in 1994 and matured in a single bourbon cask. It was bottled in 2009 at 46% in a 70cl bottle, as a private bottling for R & A Micklethwaite.
The bourbon cask brought out marked vanilla aromas. Longrow's malted barley is dried over peat, which adds a smoky note. The character is smoke with vanilla sweetness.
