Longrow Peated is a heavily peated Campbeltown single malt from the Springbank distillery. It is double distilled and matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, then bottled at 46% ABV.
The nose is maritime, with salt and a leathery smokiness. The palate is light and sweet, with green grapes and rhubarb, before a good deal of smoke arrives. The finish brings back the salty smoke of the nose.
