A blended Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle at 40%, bringing together pot still, malt and grain whiskeys. It is matured in six types of cask from around the world: South African brandy, European sherry, Australian tawny port, Colombian rum, Japanese Mizunara oak and American bourbon. No colouring is added.
The nose brings pineapple, apple, pear, cherry and clementine. The palate is soft and creamy, with honey, vanilla, dark chocolate, orange peel and banana. The finish is of medium length, with rum raisins, pepper and warm spices.
