The New Yorker is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Lucky Seven, finished in amburana casks and bottled at 117.2 proof. It comes in a 750ml bottle with an Admit One ticket design on the label.
The nose offers sticky honey buns, mature oak and tropical-leaning fruit, with the usual amburana spice alongside cherry candy sweetness. On the palate there is honey sweetness, oatmeal raisin cookies, cinnamon butter and bread, with oak lasting behind.
The finish carries on with sticky honey, subtle floral tones, vanilla icing, cinnamon or gingerbread pastry and lasting oak.
