Mac Talla Mara is a cask strength Islay single malt in a 70cl bottle. Mara means sea in Scottish Gaelic, a nod to the Islay coastline and the influence of the Atlantic on its whiskies.
It is a bold, full-bodied dram with a rich peatiness and a briny, maritime quality.
Tasting notes mention intense smoke alongside citrus, fruit and honey.
