Macallan 12 Year Old Double Cask is a Speyside single malt, matured for a minimum of 12 years in a combination of American and European sherry oak. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is of dried fruit with aromatic butterscotch. On the palate it is creamy and honeyed, with thick-cut marmalade, cinnamon and warm pastries, followed by a fruity finish of vanilla and sultana.
