This is Macallan 12 Years Old Double Cask, a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is matured in sherry-seasoned oak casks from both America and Europe. The American oak is described as giving soft vanilla, citrus and butterscotch, while the European oak keeps the spice and dried fruit associated with the distillery.
