This is a 16 year old Macallan single malt Scotch whisky, distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2014 by Cooper's Choice (The Vintage Malt Whisky Co.).
It matured in a hogshead, cask number 9441, and the bottling was limited to 300 bottles, each of them in a 70cl size. The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. released it under its Cooper's Choice name.
