This is the 2021 release of Macallan's 18 year old Sherry Cask single malt, supplied in a 70cl bottle. It has been matured entirely in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain.
On the nose it shows spicy aromas and dried fruit, with ginger and vanilla alongside. The palate is rich, bringing spice, orange, oak and vanilla together with raisins.
