This is an 18 year old Macallan single malt, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in sherry-seasoned casks from Jerez, and the Macallan team judged it ready after 18 years.
The nose brings dried fruits and ginger with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. The palate is soft and rich, with spice, clove, orange and toasted mature oak. The finish is lingering, with dried fruits, ginger and orange zest.
