This is a 26 year old single malt from Macallan, distilled in June 1993 and bottled in November 2019. It was selected for The Scottish Gantry, a drinks shop in Stirling that opened in June 2017.
The whisky matured in a single cask, number 6519, and was then finished in an Oloroso sherry barrel. This is bottle 126 of 201 produced, in a 70cl bottle.
